Instructions:

For the salsa dip, blanch tomatoes in hot water, rinse with cold water, peel off skin and dice finely.

Chop onion and garlic very finely and sauté in chili oil in a pan.

Add finely diced bell bell pepper and finely chopped chili peppers. Deglaze with a little vinegar and pour into a bowl.

Add juice of 1/2 lemon and chili sauce. Finally, add the diced tomatoes.

Season the salsa dip with salt, pepper and sugar.
