Clean the spring onions, chop the white parts into cubes and the inner green parts into rings. Peel and pit the tomatoes and chop them into cubes. Clean the chili peppers and chop them into small strips. Mix the oil, juice of one lemon, beer, tomato ketchup, garlic and sugar to make a sauce. Season the prepared ingredients with salt and mix. Leave to infuse for at least 30 minutes.

The salsa fresca comes from the southwest of America and is served with steaks.

Tip: Always use organic lemons for cooking, if possible!
