For those who like it spicy:

Skin and seed 3 pointed red peppers (300 g). Chop the flesh of the peppers and stir with the juice of 1 lime. Remove peel from 2 garlic cloves, chop finely and add. Cut 1 large, red, hot peppers in half, remove seeds and chop pulp.

Finely chop 4 piri-piri peppers from the jar and 10 small leaves of peppermint and add to the peppers together with the garlic and the peppers. Subsequently, halve 2 passion fruits (passion fruit) and spread the pulp exactly through a sieve to the bell pepper salsa. Stir the sauce with 1 egg of soybean oil and then season with 1 pinch of salt.

Goes well with: nachos, grilled meat of all kinds, ham in bread dough, fish – grilled or steamed!

Tip: Use your favorite ham – then your dish tastes twice as good!
