Put flour in a large enough bowl, in a bulge sugar, eggs and crumbled yeast form. Mix lightly with fingertips, leave for 10 min. Add milk, salt, bacon cubes and spreadable butter, knead well. Put the dough into a greased cake tin and let it rise in a warm place for 1 1/2 hours. Bake for 30-40 minutes at 200 °C (gas: level 7).
Serve with beer, wine, cremant or champagne.
