For the sauerkraut strudel, squeeze the sauerkraut firmly in a sieve. Roll out the puff pastry and spread it thinly with herb cheese.

Place the ham on top and spread the sauerkraut on top. Add some vegetables on top.

Sprinkle the cheese on top last. Then roll up the puff pastry and bake the sauerkraut strudel at 180°C hot air for about 25 minutes.
