Heat the oil in a saucepan, sauté the curry paste briefly, add the onion, garlic clove and ginger and stir for 2 minutes until translucent.

Add the sauerkraut, season with the lemongrass and sauté a little. Now extinguish with the clear soup and simmer on low heat for 30 min. with the lid on.

It is also possible to add the smoked pork and cook it.

At the end of the cooking time, season with sugar, salt and freshly ground pepper.
