Instructions:

(*) => Tortilla base Chicken wrap with lettuce and curry dip: Cut the turkey breast into small strips and fry briefly on all sides in a frying pan. Cut mushrooms, pineapple and lettuce into strips. Make a dip with the mayo, whipped cream and spices. Spread a thin layer of the dip on the tortilla patties. Spread the lettuce, pineapple and mushrooms evenly in the middle of the tortilla patties and place the turkey breast on top.

Pour the remaining dip on top and roll up the wrap. When covering the patties, it is important to leave a 3 cm border. Now wrap the edges of the dough over the filling and roll up from the bottom to the top with light pressure.

Tip: The wraps roll best when they are still a little warm. To do this, set the oven to 50 degrees and wrap the tortillas in a damp kitchen towel.

Tuna wrap with radicchio and olives: Spread a thin layer of mayo on the tortilla patties. Cut the radicchio and the peppers into strips and spread them evenly in the middle of the tortilla wrap, then spread the tuna and the olives evenly on top. Finally, sprinkle with cheese and roll up the wrap.

Wrap “Pear Helene”: Spread a thin layer of vanilla sauce on the tortilla wrap. Remove the skin from the pear and cut it into thin slices. Spread them evenly in the middle of the sweet tortilla cake. Slice the chocolate and place on top.
