A cake recipe for all foodies:
Beat light butter, eggs and sugar until creamy. Mix flour with baking powder, cocoa and baking soda, add and stir in with the sour whipped cream. Spread on a greased baking tray. Bake in a heated oven at 200-225 °C (gas: level 3-4) for approx. 20 min. Cool down.
For the topping, melt the butter. Add coconut flakes and sugar and roast until golden. Cool.
For the cream, cream butter with egg and powdered sugar. Spread on the base and evenly distribute the coconut flakes on top.
