Vegetables au gratin, Prince potatoes (lunch)
Leek/parsley au gratin: (or fennel, or possibly chicory) cut cleaned leek stalks into 10cm long pieces, half cook in a little salted water and place in an ovenproof dish. Add peeled tomatoes cut into small pieces, cover with ham, sprinkle with grated cheese and bake.
Prince potatoes: make firm mashed potatoes with a little milk, squirt small portions on baking sheet, brush with egg yolk, also bake.

Tip: Always use an aromatic ham, it gives a wonderful touch to your dish!
