For the gingerbread mix well all dry ingredients, then add honey and lemon juice and knead into a good dough.

Roll out the finished dough and brush with water stretched egg. Decorate with hazelnuts. Bake at about 180° until the dough is light brown. When slightly cooled, cut into trapezoidal shapes.
