Instructions:

For the scones with top cream, mix flour, baking powder and salt in a baking bowl. Add softened butter in flakes and knead in with your hands. Gradually add milk and knead with your hands to form a soft dough. It should not be sticky!

Roll out the dough in portions on flour about 1 cm thick and cut out circles (about 6 cm). Place on a greased baking tray and bake in a preheated 250 degree oven for about 15-18 minutes and let cool.

For the cream, mix butter, double cream and sugar until creamy and serve the scones with cream.
