For the semolina dumplings, cream butter until fluffy. Meanwhile, wash parsley, shake dry and chop very finely. Add eggs, salt and nutmeg to butter. Gradually stir in semolina and parsley until the dough takes on a malleable consistency. Let rest in a cool place for about 60 minutes.

Bring a large pot of water to a boil. With the help of a tablespoon, cut out dumplings from the semolina mixture and let them cook in the boiling water for 20-25 minutes.
