Instructions:

In a saucepan, heat butter, add semolina and cook on low heat until brown, add sugar and stir. Add lukewarm water, raisins and stir constantly so that no lumps form. Remove from heat when the mixture separates from the bottom. Shape into a bowl and bring to the table hot. Before serving, sprinkle with grated almond kernels and cardamom powder.

Tip: You can use the large, meatier raisins instead of raisins once!
