Peel, core and dice sour apples. Bring chicken soup, with the chopped carrot, diced celery stalks and an onion studded with cloves to a boil over medium heat. Then, when everything is boiling nicely together, place a large chicken breast (with skin and bones) into the clear soup. After 15 min. it should be cooked.
Caution. If you got hold of hot curry, be a little bit more careful, it is quite hot.
After another 3 min add flour. Add dry sherry, it may be just a little bit more.
