Instructions:

1. 300 g Tk Balkan vegetables (or Farmerqemuese) defrost in a sieve. Bring 200 g lanqkorn rice with 400 ml salted water to the boil, swell with closed lid at low temperature for 20 min, drain and cool.

2. Heat 1 tbsp. clarified butter in a coated frying pan. Fry 250 g mixed minced meat in it for 5-8 min. until brown all around, season with salt, pepper and sweet paprika powder and remove.

3. Heat 1 more tbsp. clarified butter in the frying pan, fry long-grain rice in it for 5-7 min. until golden brown all over. Add vegetables and meat, fry for 3 min. and stir in 3 tbsp. Aivar (paprika paste). Add 8 tbsp vegetable soup and bring to a boil briefly. Season with a little salt and pepper. Sprinkle with 1 tbsp chopped parsley. Serve with sour cream or crème fraiche seasoned with sweet paprika.
