Perhaps your new favorite bean dish:

Rinse the meat under cold water, rub well dry. The lard become very hot, fry the meat in it until crispy brown, season with salt, keep warm.

Put the vegetables with the long grain rice in an ovenproof dish. Put the meat on top. Close the dish tightly. Cook the dish in the heated oven at 200 °C for 60 minutes. Take out, perhaps season a little and garnish with parsley.
