For Sex on the Beach ice lollies, purée the pineapple with approx. 2 tablespoons of juice from the can very finely, and finally mix in the vodka thoroughly.
Wash the raspberries, sort them out and also puree them with the raspberry syrup to a fine pulp.
Fill small water ice molds with the pineapple-vodka mix and add 1-2 tsp of raspberry puree to each. Cover with plastic wrap, insert a wooden spatula (or shish kebab skewer) into each and place in the freezer.
Freeze Sex on the Beach ice lollies for about eight hours.
