For feta cheese wrapped in zucchini, wash zucchini and cut lengthwise (preferably with bread slicer) into thin slices. Place in a perforated cooking container and blanch at 100° C for 1 minute. Cut feta cheese into pieces about 2×2 cm wide, wrap with zucchini slices, fix with toothpicks and season with some freshly ground pepper. Cook in a perforated cooking container in the steamer.
Temperature setting: 100° C Cooking time: 3 min.
After cooking, drizzle the zucchini and feta cheese rolls with a little olive oil and serve on a tomato-basil mirror (sliced tomatoes garnished with fresh basil leaves).
