Instructions:

Grease baking tray with garlic butter. Clean the potatoes thoroughly with a brush in water, cut lengthwise into eighths or slices and spread evenly on the baking sheet. Brush with the rendered steak and grill butter. Bake in heated oven at 200 °C (convection oven 180 °C /gas: level 3) for 25 to half an hour.

Cheese dip: mix cream cheese and yogurt, round off with grated old Gouda. Season the whole with chive rolls and freshly ground black pepper.
