For the broccoli soup, divide the broccoli into florets, cut the stem into small pieces and cook the whole thing in the vegetable soup until soft, adding a little water if necessary.
Puree the apple with a hand blender, if necessary add some vegetable soup or water of the soup.
Puree the broccoli in the vegetable soup with a hand blender as well. Pour in the apple, season, add more seasoning, bring to a boil again briefly.
If the soup of choice is too viscous, add a little more water. Before serving, you can add some whipped cream as desired.
