Instructions:

For simple & quick whole spelt bread, line a loaf pan with baking paper.

Mix together whole spelt flour, bread spice, salt, vinegar and water, lastly quickly stir in the cream of tartar baking powder. Pour the dough into the loaf pan and bake for about 70 minutes at 200 °C on the middle rack.

Remove simple & quick wholemeal spelt bread from the oven, free it from the loaf pan and let it cool.
