Instructions:

Peel and dice carrots, potatoes and celery.

Cut the leek into rings.

Melt the butter in a pot and add the vegetables. Sauté slowly for a few minutes. Dust with the flour and then pour in soup.

Season and simmer until the vegetables are nice and firm to the bite. Add sour cream and bring to a boil again.

Serve the vegetable soup warm.
