Instructions:

Finely grind the almond kernels in a hand mixer. Add the breadcrumbs, garlic and juice of one lemon, season vigorously with salt and freshly ground pepper and stir with the hand mixer.

With the hand mixer going all the way through, very gradually add the oil until you have a smooth, thick mixture. After the oil is used up, add the water.

Pour the sauce into a serving bowl form and place in the refrigerator to cool for at least 120 minutes. Serve with pita bread and raw vegetables.
