A great pasta dish for any occasion:

Chop the bulbs of the spring onions into small pieces, cut the onion leek into fine rings. Remove a little fat from the duck breasts, then shred the meat and brown in a frying pan with olive oil, season with salt and pepper and keep warm.

In the meat pan, sauté the onions, add the garlic, grapes, chili pepper, and sesame seeds and sauté lightly. Add honey and caramelize. Extinguish with vinegar, add onion greens and duck meat and toss well again. Season with salt and serve.

Serve with long-grain rice or Schupfnudeln.
