For the curd cheese strawberry golaches, separate the egg. Set the egg whites aside. Mix curd cheese, egg yolks, vanilla sugar and powdered sugar. Cut strawberries in half (large ones into quarters).

Spread the puff pastry on the baking sheet, divide into 20 pieces with the pastry wheel (length 5 rows, width 4 rows).

Place about a tablespoon of filling in the center of each piece, spread strawberry pieces on top and twist each opposite end together. Brush curd cheese golaches with egg white and bake according to instructions.
