Instructions:

Wash the strawberries and remove the green, cut once in half for larger strawberries, the washed lemon balm leaves, mint leaves cut into small pieces and pour into a tall glass with the berries.

Pour in the milk (not all the milk at once, risk of splashing ) and slowly crush. Add the honey and blend everything again.

If it is too thick, add more milk and blend again. Serve and enjoy.
