A great cake recipe for any occasion:
– Make a batter from the batter ingredients and spread half of it into a greased/floured cake springform pan. Stir the remaining batter with the cocoa powder and spread on the light batter. Spread the drained sour cherries evenly on top (save the juice!).
– Bake everything together at 175 °C for half an hour and cool in the pan. – Boil the cream of paradise with 250 ml of milk, mix with the low-fat quark and sweeten to taste. Spread the cream evenly on the cooled cake. Cook the cake glaze with a quarter l of cherry juice according to the instructions and spread it evenly on the curd mixture. Put cake to cool a little bit and then loosen the cake ring. – The cake has 2600 cal and 80 g fat and therefore 28% fat content. – If you double the ingredients and have a high baking tray, you can also bake the cake on the baking tray.
