Instructions:

initially cassler is boiled until soft together with the soup vegetables, allspice seeds and bay leaves. When the cassler is soft, it is cut into small pieces. The soup vegetables and bay leaves are removed from the beef broth.

The gherkins and onions are diced, and the letcho is chopped if necessary.

The hunting sausage is also diced and browned a little bit. Finally, the meat is mixed with the onions, gherkins, letcho (also the letcho sauce) and the hunting sausage together in the beef broth and seasoned.

Everything together must not make now, but only warm up! To the Soljanka with us toast bread is eaten.
