Instructions:

Simmer the meat, marrow bones and bay spice in 1 1/2 liters of water for about 2 hours with the lid on low heat. Remove the meat and pour the clear soup through a sieve. Cut the ham, salami and bacon into strips, the sausages and gherkins into cubes. Peel and chop the onions. Heat the butter and sauté the onions until translucent. Add salami, bacon, ham and sausages. Sauté for about 5 minutes. Add the paradeis pulp and pour in the clear soup. Add capers, cucumber cubes and salt and do everything together for about 10 min. Cut the meat into cubes and add it with the marrow bones. Peel the lemon and cut it into slices. Garnish the soup with lemon slices, sliced olives and dill. Serve the sour cream separately.

Our tip: Use bacon with a subtle smoky note!
