Try this delicious pasta dish:

Soak the mushrooms in lukewarm water for 1 hour.

Cut both kinds of meat into very fine strips and dust with the flour. From the cleaned leek, cut only the white part diagonally into narrow rings, and the drained mushrooms into very fine strips.

Fry the meat in hot oil, stirring until flat, and season with salt. Fry the leek for a few seconds. Pour the clear soup and bring to a boil, add the mushrooms, glass noodles and crab tails. Mix cornstarch with soy sauce, vinegar and sugar and stir into the clear soup. Mix eggs with oil and add to soup while stirring in a thin thread.

Make another 2 min and then season hot with the chili sauce.
