Instructions:

Mix milk, sifted flour and a little salt until smooth.

Add the eggs and whisk briefly.

Let rest a little.

Heat half of the butter in a large frying pan, pour in the dough, let the bottom brown at a moderate temperature.

Sprinkle the dried raisins on top, turn the dough over, lift a little and fold in the remaining butter.

Finish baking, tear into large pieces with 2 forks and serve sprinkled with sugar.

Serve with cranberries.
