Make spaghetti al dente in boiling hot salted water. Stir the butter until soft.

In another bowl, mix the whole eggs and the yolks, add the Parmesan cheese. Cut the bacon into cubes and fry in a frying pan until crispy, add the cream and let it boil once. Put the drained spaghetti in a large, preheated baking dish (the noodles must still be very hot!), fold in the softened butter, mix with two forks so that all the noodles are covered with fat. Then add the hot bacon and cream mixture, and finally fold in the egg and cheese mixture. The egg mixture must be cooked by touching the pasta. Serve immediately!

Serve with mixed salad.
