For the Spaghetti Casserole with Ham, place a large pot of salted water and cook the spaghetti al dente according to package directions. Strain and set aside.

Preheat the oven to 180°C.

Dice the ham and cut the young onions into fine strips. Heat oil in a pan and sauté the onions until translucent. Add the ham cubes, sauté briefly and remove from heat.

For the glaze, mix the crème fraîche with yogurt and beat with egg, season with salt and pepper. Stir in ham, onions and grated cheese and season with salt, pepper and a pinch of nutmeg.

Butter a baking dish and sprinkle with a thin layer of breadcrumbs. Mix the spaghetti with the ham-yogurt glaze and pour into the baking dish.

Bake the spaghetti casserole with ham in the oven for about 20 minutes and serve hot.
