Spaghetti in Basil Top Sauce

Instructions:

Remove the skin from the onion and garlic and chop finely. Cut ham into strips. Rinse basil and chop finely. Heat fat in a saucepan. Fry onions and garlic until golden. Add whipping cream and cook at low temperature for 5 minutes. In the meantime, cook spaghetti in enough salted water and oil for 10-12 minutes, drain on a colander. Add ham and basil to the top sauce form and season strongly with salt and freshly ground pepper. Add spaghetti, mix everything together and serve on the spot.

Tip: Always use an aromatic ham, it will give a wonderful touch to your dish!
