Instructions:

Remove the shell from the hard-boiled eggs, cut into eighths and place in a suitable bowl, shape.

Clean and rinse the radicchio and iceberg lettuce and chop into bite-sized pieces. Cut the beef tomatoes into small cubes. Add the olives and drained capers to the lettuce.

Chop the goat cheese and the feta cheese and cut the onion into rings. Gently mix all the ingredients with the eggs.

Stir the olive oil with the red wine vinegar and add the selected, washed and chopped kitchen herbs. Season with salt and pepper. Dress the leaf salad with the dressing and bring it to the table.

Our tip: If you like to cook with fresh herbs, it is best to get kitchen herbs in pots – so you always have everything ready!
