Instructions:

Dice lean bacon, fry with chopped onion and crushed garlic cloves. Add the cut chicken and fry until golden brown. Pour enough water to cover the meat. Add ham sausages, rice, peppers and tomatoes (all cut into small pieces). Season with paprika, salt, pepper and oregano. Cook the dish over low heat with the lid on the pot. If necessary, add a little water or beef broth.
