For the spelt bunnies, mix MyEy with water. Knead a shortcrust pastry from all ingredients and refrigerate. Knead the dough and roll out to a thickness of 3 mm. Cut out with any bunny shapes.

Bake at 170 degrees top/bottom heat for about 10 minutes. The oven should already be hot before using, otherwise you have no idea how long the cookies will take.

Then let the cookies cool and stick together with jam.
