Using a sharp knife or kitchen cleaver, cut the steak meat diagonally to the grain into thin strips 1 cm thick and place in a suitable bowl.

Mix paprika powder, chili seasoning and salt and add to the beef. Roll the strips of meat in it until they are evenly coated with the herb mixture. Marinate in a cool place for at least half an hour.

Cut the celery stalks into 5 cm long pieces and then cut them into 5 mm wide strips.

Stir through the clear soup, paradeis pulp, honey, wine vinegar and Worcestershire sauce and set aside.

Heat the oil in the wok until very hot. Add the scallions, celery and garlic and sauté for 1 minute until the vegetables begin to soften, then add the beef.

Sauté over high heat for 3 to 4 min until the meat is well browned.

Add the sauce to the wok form and continue to stir-fry at high temperature until the sauce coats everything together and begins to sizzle.

Garnish with celery leaves if desired and serve with noodles.
