For the spicy pak choi vegetables, wash the pak choi and the stem chard. For the stem chard, cut out the center ribs and cut them into 1-2 cm pieces.

Cut the chard leaves into strips and set aside. Peel the onion and cut into rough pieces, cut the pak choi into 2-3 cm wide strips.

Peel the mango and cut into cubes. Sauté the onion pieces, pak choi and stem mangold styles briefly in the olive oil. Add the sugar, chili and chopped garlic cloves and sauté very briefly.
