Instructions:

Rinse tomatoes, remove stalk, coarsely dice flesh. Remove the skin from the garlic and chop finely. Heat oil in a saucepan, add tomatoes and garlic, stir-fry for 2 to 3 min. Pour in clear soup, simmer on low heat for 8 to 10 min.

2. clean celery and spring onions, rinse. Chop both very finely with the dried tomatoes.

Strain the tomato soup through a fine sieve. Season with salt, vinegar, juice of one lemon, cayenne pepper, 1 pinch of sugar and 1 pinch of sambal oelek.

Divide soup evenly among plates. Vegetable mix with parsley in the middle form.
