For the spicy vegetable curry, steam basmati rice in lightly salted hot water, covered, for about 12 minutes.Chop ginger, garlic and shallots. Cut open chili pepper, remove seeds and cut into small rings. Cut broccoli into small florets, carrots, peppers and zucchini into strips.Heat sesame oil in a wok, fry ginger, garlic, shallots and chili briefly. Add the vegetables and fry briefly. Add the curry paste and pour in the coconut milk. Allow to infuse briefly and serve the spicy vegetable curry with the rice.
