Pasta dishes are always a good idea!

Cut tomatoes into slices, dice onions. Rinse spinach, remove stems, cut into strips. Cut feta cheese into small cubes.

Heat oil in a frying pan, sauté onions until translucent, add spinach and cover and sauté for 10 minutes until soft. Add seasoning and feta cheese, sauté for another 5 min. set aside.

For the sauce, heat oil in a frying pan, sauté flour in it, quench with cold water, fold in and bring to a boil.

Season with clear soup and stir in sour cream.

Grease gratin dish. Layer tomatoes, sauce, spinach and lasagna plates alternately. Lastly, pour pasta plates, a rest of sauce on top. Bake in the oven at 180 °C for 50-60 min with the lid closed.
