Instructions:

Rinse the spinach, drain well and cut into strips according to the size of the leaves.

Cut the toast into small cubes. Cut the garlic clove in half and rub it into a pan. Pour in the butter and let it melt. Add the bread cubes and roast until golden brown. Drain on kitchen roll.

Cut the bacon into strips and fry in the pan until crispy without adding fat. Add to the bread cubes form.

Arrange the salad ingredients decoratively on plates.

For the sauce, mix mustard, salt, vinegar and pepper. Then add the oil and finally the grated cheese. Pour the sauce over the salad just before serving.
