For the spinach spaetzle, mix flour, salt, eggs, spinach and milk to a paste. Then bring a large pot of water to a boil.

Pass the spaetzle through a spaetzle strainer and boil for about 2 minutes. Strain and sponge off.

For the sauce, sauté the onion in oil and briefly fry the chopped breakfast bacon. Then add Rama Cremefine and let everything simmer briefly.

Arrange the spinach spaetzle on plates and spread the sauce on top.
