Instructions:

For the sponge cake roulade with peach cream, separate the eggs and beat the egg whites until stiff. Beat yolks, powdered sugar, cocoa powder, water until thick and creamy.

Mix flour with baking powder and mix well. Carefully fold in the snow. Spread the sponge mixture on a baking tray. Remove the finished dough from the oven, roll it up immediately and let it cool.

Whip the whipped cream until stiff. Drain the peaches well and cut into small cubes. Fold the peaches into the whipped cream.

Roll out the well cooled roulade and spread with the cream. Roll up tightly again and serve the sponge cake roulade with peach cream sprinkled with powdered sugar.
