Instructions:

Chop the spring onion and roast a little. Spread in a large unperforated bowl.

Cut salmon into approx. 1 cm cubes and spread over it.

Whip the cream with the eggs, grate in the potatoes, season and spread over the salmon.

Cook in steamer at 100 degrees for about 20 minutes.

Serve with halved cherry tomatoes and dill sauce (dill, salt, sour cream).
