Instructions:

First, peel the carrots and cut them into slices. Peel the onions and garlic cloves. Cut onions into strips, finely chop garlic. Dab the meat dry with kitchen paper and cut into strips.

Heat oil in a frying pan and brown meat in portions. Remove. Add onions and garlic cloves and sauté until translucent. Add carrots and sauté. Stir in tomato paste. Sprinkle with coriander and cumin and sauté, stirring.

Pour in 300 ml water and bring to a boil. Stir in stock.

Simmer everything over medium heat with lid on for about 10 minutes.

Return meat to pan and heat through.

Season with salt and pepper and serve sprinkled with coriander.
