For the steamed pengasius, make a marinade with the olive oil, mustard, herbs and lime juice. Divide the pangasius fillets in the middle to make 2 narrow fillet strips.

You can either take the whole fish fillet strips or form them into snails and fix them with a toothpick.

Fill about 1 l of water into the Cooking Chef stainless steel bowl and place the steamer insert in it. Set the temperature to maximum, select stirring interval level 3 and heat the water.

Salt and pepper the fish fillets as needed and drizzle with the marinade. Place them in the steamer basket and insert the splash guard.

Set the timer to 20 minutes and select stirring interval level 3. After about 20 minutes, you can arrange the steamed Pengasius.
