For the strawberry heart cake, finely grate the marzipan paste. Knead all ingredients for the dough well with your hands. Then wrap in plastic wrap and place in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.

Clean the strawberries and cut them in half. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Grease a heart-shaped baking pan well (or spray with anti-bake spray).

Roll out the dough on a floured work surface (slightly larger than the baking dish). Pour the dough into the baking dish and prick with a fork.

Then place the baking pan in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes and bake the cake base until golden brown. Then let the base cool very well.

Then sprinkle the cake base with cream stiffener so that the fruit does not soften it. Cover with strawberries. Prepare the cake glaze with the vanilla sugar according to the package instructions (I always use a little less liquid than indicated, about 450 ml).

Spread the cake glaze over the strawberries and decorate with sugar hearts.
