Instructions:

Try this delicious cake recipe:

Separate the eggs. Whip the egg whites to snow. Whip the egg yolks, baking powder and sugar until fluffy. Fold in the hazelnuts, rusks and chocolate chips. Fold in the snow.

Preheat the oven to 180 °C. Line a 26 cake springform pan with parchment paper. Pour the batter into the pan and bake for 30 minutes.

Cool.

Cut off the top third of the cake (about 1 cm) and crumble into small pieces.

Melt the cafe powder in a little bit of whipped cream, add to the rest of the whipped cream, whip with vanilla sugar and cream stiffener.

Spread the whipped cream on the base, sprinkle the crumbs on top and press lightly until smooth. Chill in the refrigerator for a while. Sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving.
